With decades of culinary experience, including 12 years training and working as a chef in Japan, Chef Mark’s specialty is creating innovative, healthy, and delicious food. As a personal chef, caterer, culinary educator and restaurant owner at Avanti Natural Kitchen in Costa Mesa California, Chef Mark concentrates on environmentally-conscious, organic, locally-sourced and seasonal options. For Ready. Chef. Go!, Chef Mark created recipe options in all categories from healthy and sustainable organic meat, poultry, seafood and vegan options for the oven, barbecue and microwave.
