Asian Style Tofu with Vegetables

This Asian-inspired vegetarian dish can be prepared in minutes thanks to Ready. Chef. Go!®

Serves 3 to 4

  • 1 lb of tofu, cubed
  • ½ cup shiitake or white mushrooms
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup peeled baby carrots
  • ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ½ can of baby corn

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil

Garnish

  • Pinch of toasted sesame seeds

Using a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and sesame oil together in a separate bowl. Add tofu, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and peppers to a Ready. Chef. Go!®

cooking bag. Pour the sauce in the bag, as well. Seal the bag and give it a gentle shake to ensure that the sauce is evenly distributed.

Microwave at full power for 3 to 4 minutes or bake in an oven for 20 minutes at 350º F.

After plating, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top.
