- 8 meatballs, fully cooked (Your choice of meat. Try turkey!)
- 1/2 Cup Favorite BBQ Sauce (Try Evenson sauces!)
- Favorite Kebab Vegetables (including corn slices, baby tomatoes, jalapeños, baby sweet peppers, baby zucchini, petit pan, olives, scallions, snow peas, etc.)
- 2 Cups Cooked Flavored Couscous
Using RCG! Oven and Grilling Bags. Skewer meatballs and vegetables attractively. Add the cooked couscous to the BBQ bag on top of the parchment layer and spread out into a bed for the skewers. Slather the skewers with BBQ sauce and arrange attractively on top of the couscous. Seal the bags and you're ready for cooking!
