Serves 3-4

  • 1 lb of brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 cup of white mushrooms sliced
  • ½ cup of sliced carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Microwave and Oven Steam Cooking Bag

Combine all of the ingredients in a Ready. Chef. Go!® cooking bag and gently shake the sealed bag to make sure they are spread evenly.

Microwave at full power for 5 to 6 minutes for soft vegetables. If using the oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350° F.
