Serves 3 to 4
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 ½ inch (7 cm) pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green or red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon each: paprika and garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon each: dried thyme leaves, dried oregano leaves, cayenne, salt and pepper
