Fingerling Potatoes with White Mushrooms and Rosemary

 This delicious and simple side dish goes well with almost any dish. Steam cooking of the Ready. Chef. Go!® bag makes the potatoes tasty in practically no time at all.

Serves 3 to 4

  • 1 lb of fingerling potatoes
  • 1 cup of sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 bulb of garlic, cloved and peeled
  • 1 sprig of rosemary, sprinkled
  • Pinch of kosher salt, sprinkled
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Microwave and Oven Steam Cooking Bag

Place the potatoes, garlic cloves, and white mushrooms in a Ready. Chef. Go!® bag, spread evenly. Sprinkle the salt and rosemary over the potatoes and pour the olive oil on top. Seal the bag and gently shake it to ensure all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Cook in the microwave for 8 to 10 minutes or cook for 30 to 35 minutes in the oven at 350° F.
