Garlic Chicken with Sliced Potatoes | Ready Chef Go Bags

This week-night favorite can be cooked in the oven or microwave for an easy and delicious meal in minutes.

Serves 3 to 4

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 large potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of smoky Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Ready. Chef. Go!® Microwave and Oven Steam Cooking Bags

If using the oven, preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Slice the potatoes and place them in a bowl. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic and paprika lightly, and toss to coat with the oil and spices. Add in the chicken breasts and toss again to evenly coat the chicken. In one Ready. Chef. Go!® bag, place ½ of the potatoes in a thin layer on the bottom of the bag and sprinkle with salt, pepper and ½ of the garlic. Place 2 chicken breasts on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Repeat with remaining spices, chicken and potatoes in a second bag. Seal both of the bags, place them on baking sheet, and then bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked or, if using the microwave, cook for 6 minutes each per bag. Let the bags cool for a few minutes before opening and plating.
