Evenly distribute the 6 sausages into two RCG! Grilling bags. Place the sliced bell peppers, sliced onion, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Add the dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl and mix with all of the ingredients in the bowl to evenly season. Take the ingredients from the mixing bowl and evenly mix them with the sausages in each Grilling bag. Seal each bag securely and preheat your grill for 10 to 15 minutes on a medium to low temperature setting.
Place the filled Grilling bags on the grill with the foil side facing down and cook with the grill’s lid open at all times. Gradually monitor the food as it slowly cooks; the bag will inflate and moisture will build up inside. After 30 minutes, the food should be thoroughly cooked. Take the bags off the grill with gloves or tongs and let them sit for a minute to cool off. Cut the corner of the bag and drain any excess liquids and then plate your meal to serve. You can serve the sausages by themselves, cut them into pieces to serve over pasta or a bed of rice, or serve them on buns or rolls with your favorite condiments.
