Trim the ends off the corn on the cobs. Brush the corn liberally with the yogurt. Sprinkle on the spice blend. Load into the small steamer bags and seal the bags.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Two ears of corn fit quite nicely into the small RCG! steam bags. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve on long corn holders, thick skewers, or small bamboo forks
