Here’s a quick microwaveable meal that you can whip up in a matter of minutes thanks to Ready. Chef. Go!®

Serves 2-4

  • 2 Quarts of Mixed Mushrooms and Vegetables (used King Oyster & Oyster Mushrooms, Holland Red Chilies, and Baby Bok Choy)
  • 2 Tbs Favorite Spice Blend (used Everson Lemon Rosemary Sprinkle and a little Paprika for color contrast on the lime)
  • 1 Medium Lime
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Microwave & Oven Bag

Trim the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the lime and dip into the spice blend to coat. The spice coated limes make for a beautiful presentation and are packed with flavor. Load the vegetables into the bag and tuck the spiced lime slices around attractively so they can be seen through the clear side of the bag. Seal the bag.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 4 minutes.

Garnish with quality extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs.
