Start by pouring 1 cup of flour in a bowl, plate, or cutting board. In a separate bowl, do the same with the 1 cup of bread crumbs or panko. In a third bowl, crack in the 2 eggs. Using an egg beater, egg whisker, or fork, thoroughly whisk the eggs.
Using a meat tenderizer mallet, pound the chicken breast cutlets into ½ inch thick filets and trim them as needed. Season both sides of each filet with paprika, salt, and pepper. Once seasoned, dip both sides of each cutlet in the whisked egg. Follow this by dipping the cutlet in the flour, covering both sides. Once covered in egg and flour, dip both sides of each cutlet in the bread crumbs (or panko) until thoroughly coated. Put in 2 to 3 cutlets (or more if they’re small) per Ready. Chef. Go!® bag, using a total of 2 to 3 bags. Seal all of the bags.
Conventional Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place all of the bags on a baking sheet and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Microwave: Cook each bag in the microwave, one at a time, at full power for 5 and half minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Wait a full minute before opening the bags and let the food stand to cool. Cut open each bag and then plate to serve with your favorite side dishes. Use lemon halves or wedges to garnish each plate.
