In a mixing bowl, add in the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and honey and whisk everything together using an egg whisker or a fork.
Season both sides of each salmon filet with salt, pepper, and onion powder and then spread the honey mustard glaze on top of each filet. Now that the filets are covered with the honey mustard glaze, coat the top of each with panko. Place 2 of the filets in a Ready. Chef. Go!® bag and the remaining 2 in another Ready. Chef. Go!® bag. Seal both bags.
Conventional Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place all of the bags on a baking sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked.
Microwave: Cook each bag in the microwave, one at a time, at full power for 4 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked.
Wait a full minute before opening the bags and let the food stand to cool. Cut open each bag and then plate to serve with your choice of side dishes (our main image is pictured with our Brussels Sprouts Recipe). Use an orange wheel or orange twist for garnish and the meal is ready to serve.
