Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings

3 Ingredient Series

Serves 6 to 8

  • 2 Pounds Organic Chicken, bonless skinless breast tenders or thighs or 50/50 combo
  • 48 Ounces Creamy Soups
  • 1 Pound Refrigerator Biscuit Dough, organic preferred

Slow Cooker Bags.  Stir the chicken into the creamy dumpling sauce & load into slow cooker bags.  Top w/ biscuits cut into quarters.  Scissors make the job easy.  Seal the bags.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place sealed bag in slow cooker & set to 3 hours on high or 6 on low (low recommended)  Garnish w/ fresh herbs, chives, fresh simple salad of frisee & pickled vegetables.

NOTE:  Ready.Chef.GO! bags allow for excellent texture in the microwave & fast cooking in the oven.  The results are always succulent & tender.  You’ll taste the difference.  Virtually no clean up.  Scrumptious & versatile.  Use raw or half-baked biscuits.  I used a combo of organic chicken w/ wild rice, butternut squash & cream of mushroom soups.
