Serves 6 to 8
- 1 Pound Maine Lobster Tails (shells removed)
- 1 Pound Favorite Pasta (I used half pound each cavatappi & trottoli – nice & curly)
- 2 Quarts Cheese Sauce (use your favorite prepared cheese sauce or our home Ready Chef GO! easy version below)
Slow Cooker Bags. Dice the lobster meat into large bite sized pieces. Stir the dry pasta into the cheese sauce with about half of the lobster. Load into bags & top w/ remaining lobster for hearty visual appeal. Seal the bags.
