- 1 filet of 6-8 ounces of beef sirloin
- 1 cup new or thumb potatoes halved and poked with a fork
- 6 stalks asparagus with ends trimmed
- ⅛ cup of mint and tarragon chopped
- 1 pinch of sea salt and pepper

- Fresh mint (optional for garnish)
