Serves 2 – 8 (depending on bag)
Small Bags:
- 14 Ounces Favorite Vegetable Medley (make it extra nice for Mom, I used Baby Indian eggplants, okra, colorful bell peppers, sweet onion, broccoli & rainbow carrots)
- 4 ounces Fresh Pineapple Chunks, large bite sized pieces
- 1 ½ Tbs Laksa Flavor Base*, formed into quenelles for presentation (or 1 Tbs of your favorite Indian, Thai, Malaysian curry paste + 1 Tbs Coconut Oil) Bag
Load the vegetable medley into the bags. Top with pineapple chunks & nestle in the flavor base. Seal the bags
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Let bag rest for 2 mins before opening bag to finish steaming to perfection. Garnish w/ roasted peanuts, salted, unsalted & sriracha flavored & raspberry scented blood orange wedges.
Large Bags:
- 48 Ounces Favorite Vegetable Medley
- 12 Ounces Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 4 ½ Tbs Laksa Flavor Base* (or 3 Tbs of your favorite Indian, Thai, Malaysian curry paste + 2 Tbs Coconut Oil)
Load the vegetable medley into the bags. Top with pineapple chunks & nestle in the flavor base. Seal the bags
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on power level 8 for 12 minutes. Let bag rest for 5 mins before opening bag to finish steaming to perfection. Garnish w/ roasted peanuts, salted, unsalted & sriracha flavored & raspberry scented blood orange wedges.
