- 1 6-8 ounce salmon filet
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1½ tablespoons of Sriracha sauce or sweet red chili sauce
- ½ tablespoon of light brown sugar
- ½ knob of grated ginger (or ½ tablespoon of ground ginger)
- 1 teaspoon of chopped scallion (for garnish)
