1 to 2 Servings per box, depending upon box size
- 1 to 2 Cups Seasoned Long Pasta
- 2 to 4 Tbs Black Eyed Peas
- 3 to 6 Grape Jelly Meatballs
- (Opt) 2 to 4 Ounces Roasted Cabbage (or favorite greens)
- (Opt) 2 to 4 Tbs Lentils & Quinoa, fully cooked
- (Opt) 4 to 6 Seasoned Onion Rings

Grape Jelly Meatball Sauce
- 16 Ounces Grape Preserves (or grape jelly)
- 16 Ounces Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 8 Ounces Chili Sauce (or cocktail sauce)
- (Opt) 2 Tbs Grainy or Dijon Mustard
- 1 Cup Water, to rinse out jars
Combine all in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer covered over medium low heat about 10 mins. Stir, remove from heat and cool.
Simmer favorite meatballs in grape jelly sauce to infuse the flavor throughout. An inviting holiday dish.
