1 to 2 Servings Per Bag

  • 6 Ounce Steak
  • 1 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Favorite Spice Blend (Chef used Everson Chipotle Raspberry Sprinkle)
  • 1 3/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, whole
  • 2 Cups Corn Slices
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Jalapeño or Sweet Baby Peppers or Shishito Peppers
  • 1 Orange, juice & zest
  • 2 Tbs EVOO
  • Garnish Options: fresh herbs, edible petals, fresh side salad
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Oven and Grilling Bag

    Pull any stems off the cherry tomatoes, slice the corn, and toss with the onions. Load orange juice, orange zest, orange pulp, and EVOO into the BBQ bag on top of the parchment layer. Cut the steak into thin strips and toss with the cracked black pepper and the spices. Lay the black pepper spiced steak attractively on top of the vegetables and seal the bag.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: BBQ on an open grill foil side down, or roast in a 450 oven, for 15 to 18 minutes depending on BBQ heat and how you like your steak cooked Let rest for 2 minutes before opening the bag.

    Garnish with prepped heirloom lettuces and salad greens, salad dressing, balsamic and EVOO, coconut aminos, exotic nut, seed and toasted oils, edible petals, high-end condiments fresh herbs, etc. Follow all instructions printed on the Ready. Chef. Go! grilling bag.
