Use BBQ bags. Slice the sausages in to long bite sized pieces. Add the baked beans to the BBQ bags on top of the parchment layer. Smooth out. Layer the tomato chili vegetable medley over about half then top w/ the sliced sausages over the other half. Seal the bags
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Set the air fryer to roast at 400 for 20 mins. Poke 3 or 4 holes in the top layer of the bag. Or BBQ over indirect heat or roast in a 450 oven for 12 to 15 mins.
Let bag rest for 2 mins to complete cooking. Garnish w/ fresh herbs like cilantro & oregano & edible nasturtium blossoms which are always in festive peppery bloom for both Mother’s & Father’s Days!
BONUS RECIPE
*Marinated Roma Tomato & Anaheim Chili Vegetable Medley
1 Medium Sweet Onion, sliced
2 Large Anaheim Chilis, sliced
2 Cloves Garlic, thin slice
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Tbs EVOO
Juice & Zest of 1 Medium Orange
(Opt) ½ Tsp Zaatar or other favorite spice blend
Stir to combine & marinate for an hour or two or overnight.
Then stir in:
4 Medium Roma Tomatoes, quartered
