- 1 ¼ Pound Baby Heirloom Potatoes (Yukon, Red & Garnet Yams)
- 1 ½ Pounds Organic Drumsticks (about 6)
- 3 ½ Tbs California Medley Spice Blend (Everson)
- (Opt) 3 Lemon Slices
Trim the potatoes & cut in half on diagonal & place into the bags on top of the parchment layer. Roll the drumsticks the spice blend to well coat and load the seasoned drumsticks on top of the spuds attractively. Add the lemon slices if using. Seal the bags.
