BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Ready. Chef. Go!'s BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders are great for a holiday weekend or game day. Ready in 15 minutes.

4 to 6 Sliders Per Bag

  • 6 Oz Pulled Pork, cooked (or vegan jackfruit pulled pork alternative meats)
  • Flash Pickled Onions (or prepared pickled onions or relish)
    • 1/3 Cup red onions, sliced
    • 1/8 Tsp Salt
    • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 1/2 Tbs Orange Juice
    • 2 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • Mango Sauce (or prepare sauces such as Everson)
    • 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce or Marinade
    • 1/3 Cup Tomato, diced
    • 1/3 Cup Mango, diced
    • 1 Cup Water
    • 1-2 Tbs Chili Powder or BBQ Spice

Mix the ingredients for the flash pickled onions and set aside. Combine all mango sauce ingredients and simmer until thick (about 5 mins). Stir the sauce into the pulled pork. Stir in the pickled onion mixture. Load into an RCG! grilling bag, on top of parchment paper.

Grill: BBQ on an open grill foil side down until the sauce is bubbling

Oven: Roast in a preheated oven at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Let rest 1 minute before opening the bag. Garnish with a full complement of build-your-own slider add-ons. Follow all instructions printed on the Ready. Chef. Go! Grilling bag.
