This quick and healthy seafood dish can be put together from start to finish in less than 10 minutes.

2 Servings Per Bag
- 4-5 Oz Sea Scallops (3 to 6)
- 6 Oz Pineapple slices
- 6 Oz Mango, large diced
- 8 Small Red Onion Rings
- 2 Oz Shishito Peppers, or sweet baby peppers
- One 1 1/2 Tbs Favorite Spice Blend*
- 2 Tbs EVOO
