BBQ Buffalo Drumsticks

Get ready to bring your cookout to the next level with succulent and tender BBQ Buffalo Drumsticks by RCG!

Serves 5 to 6 Drumsticks Per Bag

  • 1 Cup Everson Marinade (Chef used Sherry Wine Teriyaki)
  • 1 1/3 Pound Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 Rib Celery, thin slices
  • 1 Small Red Pepper, thinly sliced (Chef used a mild red Anaheim chili)
  • 5 Red Onion Rings, thinly sliced
  • Blue cheese, citrus, and fresh herbs for garnish
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Oven and Grilling Bag

    Toss the chicken drumsticks with the marinade and load into the bag. Top with all the vegetables and then add in any remaining marinade sauce. Seal the bags and shake to distribute the sauce and vegetables.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: BBQ on an open grill foil side down, or roast in a 450 oven, for 18 to 20 minutes depending on BBQ heat. Test for an internal temperature of 165 to 170 degrees. Let rest for 3 minutes before opening the bag.

    Garnish with blue cheese, lots of fresh herbs, and citrus wedges. Follow all instructions printed on the Ready. Chef. Go! Oven and Grilling bag.
