Serves 2 to 4 as a Side Dish

  • 3/4 Cup Butternut Squash, sliced, par-cooked or frozen
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 1/2 Tbs Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 Small Orange, 3 slices
  • 1/2 Cup Cranberry Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • (Opt) Fresh citrus & edible petals for garnish
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Microwave and Oven Bag

    Sprinkle the butternut squash with salt and pepper and drizzle on maple syrup. Load into RCG! oven and microwave bag using a wide spatula. Top with cranberry sauce, feta, orange slices, and walnuts. Seal the bag.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave high for 3 minutes or 450-degree oven or 10 to 12 minutes until hot and bubbly.

    Let rest for 1 minute before opening the bag. Garnish with fresh citrus and edible petals.
