Toss the gnocchi with the cauliflower medley. Spray with EVOO and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Toss and then load into one compartment in the bag. Add the water to the gnocchi mix for perfect steam cooking. Pour the sauce into the other compartment. Seal the bags.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 3 minutes or bake in a toaster/conventional oven at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes until the sauce is bubbly. Let rest in the bag for 1 minute before opening.
