Serves 10 to 12+

  • 1 ½+ Quarts Organic Vegetable Medley, diced (Used white onion, celery, green beans, red onion, rainbow carrots, yellow squash, and zucchini)
  • 1 ½+ Quarts Organic Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 Pint (2 Cups) Autumn Flavored Pureed Soup (Used roasted red pepper and tomato bisque)
  • 1 Large Ready. Chef. Go! Microwave & Oven Bag

Use your favorite diced vegetable medley, this recipe used one with every color of the rainbow for visual appeal. Combine the vegetables and cauliflower rice together then stir in the soup. Load into the large steamer bag and seal.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 10 minutes.

Let rest for 2 minutes before opening the bag. Garnish with flavorful butter, edible petals, and fresh herbs. This recipe rolled a stick of organic unsalted butter in Everson spices & fresh paprika and used pineapple sage blossoms & fresh oregano.
