3 Ingredient Series

- 10 Ounces Chorizo or Soyrizo
- 1 Cup Fresh Salsa
- 4 Ounces Tortilla Chips
- (Opt) 2 Ounces Grated Cheese (I used Colby Jack)
Stir the lightly crumbled chorizo w/ the salsa. If using pouch bags layer in chips & salsa mix, more chips, more salsa, chips & top w/ salsa. In standard bags put the chips in a single layer & top w/ salsa chorizo mix and cheese if using. Seal the bags.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave for 2 mins on high or roast in 350 oven or toaster oven for 12 mins. Let rest in bag 1 min before opening. Garnish w/ grated cheese, fresh herbs (oregano, cilantro, nasturtium blossoms), pickled red onions, pickled jalapeños, scallions, crema, fresh tomatoes, more!
