Lay the roasted pepper pieces out flat. Top with the whole brie. Score the top of the brie with a knife in a diamond pattern. Brush the honey over the top of the cheese. Top with the tapenade and decorate with caper berries. Trim the edges of the roasted peppers to create a nice looking rounded edge. Use a large spatula to slide it into a regular RCG! bag, then seal the bag.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave at power level 5 for 2 minutes or in a 375-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. You’ll just want it warm, not melted.
Let rest for 2 minutes. Serve with cracker and vegetable crudite.
