Get ready to bring your cookout to the next level with succulent and tender Hearty Beef BBQ Sandwiches by RCG!

Serves 4 to 6 Per Bag

  • 1 Pound Tender Cut Beef (top loin, tenderloin, rib eye, chuck, etc.)
  • 1 Cup Favorite BBQ Sauce
  • 12 Ounces Favorite Vegetable Slaw (I used broccoli slaw w/ broccoli, carrots & red cabbage)
  • 1 Large Shallot, rings
  • 1 Tbs EVOO
  • 1 Tbs BBQ Spice (Everson Mr. Pig)
  • (Opt) 1 - 3 Sprigs Fresh Herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme, marjoram)

    For this recipe we used RCG! oven and grilling bags. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces & marinate the beef in the BBQ sauce while you prep the rest. Slice the shallots & toss w/ the slaw. Stir in the EVOO & BBQ spice & add the beef & BBQ sauce mix. Stir well. Load into BBQ bags & seal. You're ready for grilling!

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: BBQ over indirect heat or roast in a 450 oven for 20 to 30 mins. These make great stacked BBQ Beef Sandwiches. Garnish w/ sandwich stuffers like artisan buns, pickles, lettuce, dressed slaw, mustard, mayo, aioli, edible petals & hot sauces!  

    NOTE: Ready. Chef. Go! bags allow for excellent texture in the microwave & fast high heat cooking in the oven. The results are always succulent & tender. You’ll taste the difference.
