Serves 4 to 6 Per Bag
- 1 Pound Tender Cut Beef (top loin, tenderloin, rib eye, chuck, etc.)
- 1 Cup Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 12 Ounces Favorite Vegetable Slaw (I used broccoli slaw w/ broccoli, carrots & red cabbage)
- 1 Large Shallot, rings
- 1 Tbs EVOO
- 1 Tbs BBQ Spice (Everson Mr. Pig)
- (Opt) 1 - 3 Sprigs Fresh Herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme, marjoram)
