Serves 4 Per BagFor the Sauce:
- 1/3 Cup Citrus Juice (orange, grapefruit, Meyer lemon or blend)
- 1 ½ Tbs White Miso
- ¼ Tsp Each Salt & Pepper
- 1 ½ Pounds (or 24 Ounces or 3 Cups) Favorite Asian Style Vegetables (I used broccolette, red pepper, daikon radish & lotus root, but consider bok choy, eggplant, shishito peppers, shallots, Negi, leeks, scallion, napa, kale, Brussel sprouts, etc)
- 1 Medium Citrus, wedges (I used Meyer lemon)
