2 to 4 Servings Per Bag

  • 1 Tbs Everson California Garlic Medley or Favorite Mexican Seasoning
  • 1/3 Cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Black Beans
  • 1 Quart Seasonal Vegetables (Recipe used red and green bell peppers, green beans, broccoli, zucchini, and yellow squash)
  • 2/3 Cup Salsa (Recipe used hatch green chili salsa)
  • 1 1/2 Tbs EVOO
  • Mexican Lime Slices
  • (Opt) Oregano Sprigs
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Microwave and Oven Bag or Microwave and Oven Stand-Up Pouch

    In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, salsa, beans, spices, and EVOO. Stir to combine. Load into the bag. Lay in lime slices and the optional oregano sprigs. Seal the bag.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 5 minutes or roast at 450 in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes.

    Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro and red salsa.
