- 1 Tbs Everson California Garlic Medley or Favorite Mexican Seasoning
- 1/3 Cup Red Onion, diced
- 1/2 Cup Black Beans
- 1 Quart Seasonal Vegetables (Recipe used red and green bell peppers, green beans, broccoli, zucchini, and yellow squash)
- 2/3 Cup Salsa (Recipe used hatch green chili salsa)
- 1 1/2 Tbs EVOO
- Mexican Lime Slices
