Salmon amounts vary according to portion size.

  • 6 to 12 Ounces Alaskan Wild Caught Sustainable Salmon Fillets
  • 6 to 8 Ounces Favorite Baby Vegetables (Recipe used Babé Farms Cincinnati Radish, Purple Ninja Radish, Fuchsia Thumbelina Carrots, Organic Yellow & Zucchini Squash, and Romanesco Cauliflower), raw, blanched or brined*
  • 2 Tbs Truffle Butter
  • Favorite Spice Blends (Everson blends) - Optional
  • 6 Vodka Cured Kumquat Halves (or halved grapes or grape tomatoes) - Optional
  • Ready. Chef. Go! Dual Compartment Bags (Large Size)

Cut and portion large salmon fillets (recipe used two 1 ½ pound Alaskan wild-caught sustainable salmon fillets) and then sprinkle with flavored salt and spice blends, if using. Create 6 appetizer salmon skewers using the end pieces topped with vodka cured kumquat halves for festive use of the small bits. Add the portioned salmon fillets to one side of the dual compartment bags. Add the heirloom baby vegetable to the other side and top the veggies with a generous two tablespoon pat of truffle butter. Seal the bags. 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave for 1 to 3 minutes on power level 7 or bake in a 350 oven for 4 to 10 minutes. 

Let rest for 2 minutes before opening the bags. Garnish with flavorful fresh organic herbs.
