Quinoa Vegetable Power Bowl

This quick, delicious, and easy-to-make vegetable power bowl can be put together from start to finish in as little as 4 minutes.

Serves 1 per box

  • 1 Cup Cooked Vegetable Medley (Recipe used colorful bell pepper and onion saute)
  • ¾ Cup Cooked Grain Medley (Recipe used TastyBite Organic Brown Rice with Quinoa and Lentils)
  • ½ Cup Flavored Beans (Recipe used Trader Joe’s Giant Beans in Tomato Sauce)
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Large Cooking Container

    Overlap layers of the cooked grains, vegetables, and seasoned beans so that all can be seen through the transparent top window of the box. Place the cover on the box.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes. Let rest for 1 minute before opening the box to let the dish steam to completion.

    Garnish with an optional fried or scrambled egg for added protein.
