4 Ingredient Series

- 1 Pound Gnocchi, fully cooked
- 10 Ounces Love Beets, white wine & balsamic whole red beets
- 10 Ounces Corn, cooked (I prefer organic canned corn for this application)
- 3 Tbs Butter
- Salt & Pepper
Pouch bags. Roughly chop the red beets. To avoid staining fingers use a fork to hold the beets white you chop. See Video (below) for how to chop red beets using fork & knife. Stir the beets, gnocchi & corn together & load into bags. Dot with butter in three large pats & sprinkle salt & pepper on butter for visual appeal. Seal the bags.
