Serves 1 to 2
- 6 to 8 Ounce Salmon Filet
- 2 Tbs Pesto
- 8 to 10 Ounce Waffle Cut Yam Fries, frozen
- (Opt) Lemon Slices
Standard & dual compartment bags. Top each salmon filet w/ pesto in a line down the center for visual appeal. Put yams into one side of the dual bag & the pesto salmon & lemon slices if using in the other compartment. In standard bags, load the yam fries in first & top w/ the pesto salmon & optional citrus. Seal the bags.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 5 mins or bake in toaster or conventional oven at 350 for 15 to 20 mins until the salmon is cooked to your liking. Let rest in bag 2 mins before opening. Garnish w/ fresh herbs & citrus wedges.
