Basil Aioli Sablefish & Roasted Pumpkin Medley for 2 in Small Dual Compartment Cooking Bags

  • 2/3 Pound Sablefish cut into two 5+ ounce filets
  • 2 Cups Roasted Pumpkin Medley*
  • 3 Tbs Santa Monica Seafood Basil Aioli
  • 1 ½ Tbs Whipped Butter coated in Pumpkin Pie Spice (optional)

Basil Aioli Mahi Mahi & Scallop Skewer & Roasted Pumpkin Medley for 4 in Large Dual Compartment Cooking Bags

  • For Each Skewer
    • 4 ounces Mahi Mahi filet
    • ¼ Plum Wedge, firm plums
    • 1 Large Jumbo Scallop, all natural, dry pack
  • 1 Quart Roasted Pumpkin Medley*
  • 1/3 Cup Santa Monica Seafood Basil Aioli
  • 3 Tbs Whipped Butter coated in Pumpkin Pie Spice (optional)

This recipe uses Ready. Chef. Go! Dual Compartment small and large tamper-evident cooking bags. Brush the seafood liberally with basil aioli and load into one side of the dual compartment tamper-evident bags. Fill the other compartment with roasted pumpkin medley and add the pumpkin pie spice coated butter pats if using. Seal the bags.

Small Bag Sablefish Meal: Microwave on high for 3 minutes or bake in the toaster or conventional oven at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.

Large Bag Mahi Mahi Scallop Skewer Meal: Microwave on high for 6 minutes or bake in the toaster or conventional oven at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes.

Let rest in bag 2+ minutes before openings. Garnish with edible petals
