SHRIMP & POLENTA

Serves 1 Per Cooking Container

  • 5 to 6 Ounces Jumbo Shrimp (about 5 shrimp, peeled and deveined)
  • 4 Ounces Polenta Slices
  • 1 ½ Tbs BBQ Sauce (Recipe used Santa Monica Seafood Apricot BBQ Sauce)
  • 2 Tsp Spice Blend (Recipe used Everson Salt-Free Blend with Black Sesame) - Optional
  • Lemon Wedge Biscuits, split in half (4 oz each) - Optional
  • Ready. Chef. Go!® Small Cooking Container

    Put the polenta slices in the box. Brush the shrimp with BBQ sauce, sprinkle with spice blend, and arrange on top of polenta. Add the citrus wedge if using, then close the box.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave for 2 ½ minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes before opening the box. Garnish with lemon wedge dipped in the spice blend

    SALMON & CURRY INFUSED TORTELLINI

    Serves 2 Per Cooking Container

    • 8 Ounces Wild Caught Salmon
    • 2 Cups Curry Infused Tortellini
    • 2 Tbs BBQ Sauce (Recipe used Santa Monica Seafood Apricot BBQ Sauce)
    • 2 Tsp Spice Blend (Recipe used Everson Salt-Free Blend with Hemp Sesame and Paprika) - Optional
    • Orange Wedge - Optional
    • Ready. Chef. Go!® Large Cooking Container

    Cut the salmon into two 4 ounce portions. Put the prepared tortellini in the box. Brush the salmon with BBQ sauce, sprinkle with spice blend, and arrange on top of tortellini. Add the citrus wedges if using, then close the box.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave for 3 ½ minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes before opening the box. Garnish with fresh lime.

    COD SKEWERS WITH PINK RICE

    Serves 2 Per Cooking Container

    • ½ Pound Wild Caught Cod divided into 6 skewers (Recipe used red grapes and pineapple guava on each cod skewers)
    • 1 ¾ Cup Flavored Rice (Recipe used Thai jasmine rice cooked with beet juice for a colorful pink rice)
    • 2 Tbs BBQ Sauce (Recipe used Santa Monica Seafood Apricot BBQ Sauce)
    • 2 Tsp Spice Blend (Recipe used Everson Salt-Free Blend with Korean & Biber chili) - Optional
    • Lime slices - Optional

    Put the prepared rice blend into the box. Brush the skewers with BBQ sauce, sprinkle with spice blend, and arrange on top of rice. Add the citrus wedges if using, then close the box.
