Use standard bags. Dice the onion & place in a single layer in the bag. Cut the pork into large 2” cubes & load into the bag. Combine the garlic, orange & lemon juice & zest, Latin seasoning, salt & pepper & broth & pour over the pork mixture. Tuck in the cinnamon sticks, lime slices & top w/ the chili pepper & and seal the bag.
Cooking Instructions: Put the sealed bag into your slow cooker & cook on high for 5 to 6 hours. Let rest 10 mins before opening the bag. Garnish w/ fresh herbs like oregano or cilantro, tortillas, Mexican crema & citrus wedges. Serve w/ favorite RCG! sides like Red Pepper Latin Rice & Beans.
