COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place sealed bag in slow cooker, pour warm water around the outside of the sealed bag to a depth of 2 inches to form a water bath, & set to 4 hours on high or 8 on low. Garnish with fresh cilantro, mild or hot chili peppers, scallions & rice or naan. I made organic whole grain sourdough 3 onion naan.

You can make a fully diary & lactose free version by using EVOO, soy or coconut yogurt & coconut milk.
Ready Chef GO! Home Chef Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce (Yield 4 Cups)
- ½ Cup plain yogurt
- 2 Pounds boneless skinless organic chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 Tbs EVOO or Ghee
- 1 Large Onion, diced
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 ½ Tbs Fresh Ginger, minced
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ½ Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbs Curry Powder
- 1 Tbs Garam Masala
- (Opt) 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbs Tomato Paste
- 1 (15 Ounce Can) Diced Tomatoes
- 15 Ounces Water (rinse out tomato can)
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream or Coconut Milk
Cut the chicken into bite sized chunks & toss w/ yogurt. Load into RCG! slow cooker bag. Saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic, ginger, salt, spices & saute for 1 min. Add tomato paste & saute for 1 min more. Add tomatoes, water & cream or coconut milk & stir to combine. Bring to a simmer for 10 mins. Stir into the yogurt chicken mixture.
