Serves 4 to 6
- 15 Ounces Flank, Skirt or Ribeye Steak, thick hearty slices
- 1 ½ Tbs Fajita Spice Blend (Everson)
- 10 Ounces Fajita Vegetable Blend (colorful peppers, red & yellow onions, shishito peppers, rainbow carrots)
- ¾ Cup Fajita Marinade Sauce* or try a prepared sauce from your favorite purveyor like Everson
*EASY FAJITA MARINADE SAUCE (Yield ¾ Cup)
- 2/3 Cup Orange Juice
- 3 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbs Sliced Garlic
- 1 ½ Tbs Favorite Fajita Spice Blend, low or no sodium (Everson)
