Sprinkle the cream cheese pats with cinnamon sugar (if using) and press lightly to secure. Place the pancakes in the bag with one pat of cream cheese between them and visible. Place the other on top. Slice the strawberries in half and load them around and on top of the pancakes. Seal the bag.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 2 minutes or bake in conventional or toaster oven at 350 for 10 mins. Let rest for 1 minute before opening the bag.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, creamery butter, maple syrup, and gild the lily with whipped cream and chocolate chunks.
