Add the 2 compartment insert to the box. Cut yams in half lengthwise and score the flesh with a fork, then add the yams to the large compartment. Coat the shrimp generously in the Diavolo spice blend and arrange on top of the yams. Add the lemon wedge if using. Put the baby bok choy into the small compartment until fully loaded as they will shrink when cooked. Add herb butter, if using, then seal the boxes.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave shrimp on power level 8 for 2 ½ minutes or cook shrimp in a 350-degree oven for 14 minutes until shrimp is pink.
Let rest for 3 minutes before opening the boxes to finish steaming the shrimp to juicy perfection. Garnish shrimp with more Diavolo spice blend, Diavolo Bang Bang Sauce**, and fresh citrus wedges.

3 Tbs Everson California Garlic Medley
2 Tbs Everson Herb Crusted Seasoning
2 Tbs Trader Joe’s Green & Red Hatch Chili Flakes
1 Tbs Everson Savory Salt Free Seasoning
5 Tbs Korean Red Chili Flakes
Red & Black Devil Variation (add to the above)
2 Tbs Black Sesame OR Nigella Seed
1 Tbs Black Pepper, coarse grind
Stir all to combine. Store in an air-tight container, preferably glass, out of direct sunlight.
**Diavolo Bang Bang Sauce**
1 Cup Favorite Mayo Based Sauce (I used Santa Monica Seafood Spicy Mustard Sauce)
1 ½ Tbs Diavolo Spice
Either stir to combine or sprinkle Diavolo spice on top of the mayo sauce.
