This 3 ingredient side dish is perfect for adding healthful and delicious vegetable side dishes to all your social and work events as well as fast and fresh wholesome daily meals at home.

Serves 2 in Small Side Dish Bag or 4 in Large Side Dish Bag

  • 4 Quarts Mixed Vegetables (Recipe used red onion, Majestic pickled garlic, rainbow carrots, shiitake & button mushrooms, Trader Joes soykatash medley)
  • 1 ½ Cups Favorite Teriyaki (Recipe used Avanti Trinity Roots Teriyaki) 
  • 5 & 10 Ounce Portions Cooked Noodles (Recipe used linguini) 
  • Ready. Chef. Go!® Small or Large Vegetable Side Dish Bag

Mix the vegetables and teriyaki sauce, then allow to marinate overnight. Add a 5 ounce portion of noodles to each small bag or 10 ounces to each large bag. Use a slotted spoon to portion out 1 quart teriyaki vegetable blend to each small bag or 2 quarts of vegetable blend to each large bag. Toss to combine with noodles.  Seal the bags. 

Microwave: Microwave small bags for 2 minutes each and let rest for 1 ½ minutes before opening the bag. Microwave large bags for 4 minutes and rest for 2 minutes. 

Garnish with colorful edible petals and fresh herbs including some organic carrot tops.
