Thai Peanut Garbanzo and Yam Curry

This easy-to-make, delicious, vegan curry can be put together from start to finish in as little as 5 minutes.

Serves 1 per box

  • ½ Pound Roasted Yam
  • ½ Cup Cooked Garbanzo Beans
  • ½ Cup Favorite Thai Peanut Curry Sauce
  • (Opt) 1 Teaspoon Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Large Cooking Container

    Load peeled, thick-sliced roasted yam into a Ready. Chef. Go! box. Top with curry sauce, garbanzos, and optional roasted peanuts if using.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Wait one minute before opening the box to finish steaming.

    Garnish with fancy flavored peanuts including sea salt roasted, Sriracha and honey roasted peanuts, citrus wedges (blood orange), and fresh herb blend (cilantro, parsley, basil).
