- 1 Tbs Thai Spice Blend
- 2 Tbs Sesame Seeds (or hemp seeds)
- ¼ Pound Shrimp, cleaned, tail on raw (Used eco-friendly wild-caught white gulf shrimp)
- 2 Cups Favorite Veggie Mix (Used baby bok choy, scallion, shimeji & shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and Korean sweet green peppers)
- 2 Tbs Thai Curry Paste (green or red)
- 1 Tbs Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/3 Cup Broth (Vegetable, Chicken, or Fish)
- 2 Oz Rice Noodles (soaked in cool water for 20 minutes, then drained)
- Lime Slices
- Garnish: fresh herbs and scallions or chives
