Ready. Chef. Go! cook-in tab lid boxes allow for quick preparation of heat-and-eat meals, and can also work as a box lunch.

Serves 1 boxed lunch per student per tab lid oven and microwave box with 2 compartment insert.

  • 1 ½ Cup Favorite Veggie Rice (Recipe used takikomi Japanese vegetable rice medley)
  • 1 4 to 5 Ounce Favorite Cutlet, fully cooked (Recipe used a vegetarian Impossible Burger tonkatsu cutlet)
  • 6 Ounces Seasoned Edamame (Recipe used sea salt, pepper flax, hemp, sesame, and nigella seed blend)
  • 1 ½ Tbs Favorite BBQ Sauce (optional)
  • RCG! Tab Lid Oven and Microwave Box with 2 compartment insert

    Fit the insert into the box, then load the veggie rice into the larger side and top with the cutlet and optional sauce. Add the flavored edamame into the small compartment. Use the 3 tabs to securely close the boxes

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave for 3 ½ minutes or bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Let rest for 2 minutes before opening the box. Garnish with more Tonkatsu BBQ Sauce, lemon wedges, and sesame seed blend
