3 Ingredient Series

Serves 2 to 4
- 10 Ounces Sweet Potato Fries, frozen (I used crinkle cut to maximize visual appeal)
- ¾ Cup Alfredo Sauce (or Cream of Mushroom Soup, White Pizza Sauce, etc.)
- 4 to 5 Ounces Cheese Cubes (I used colby jack blend)
- (Opt) Hot Chili Peppers
Standard & pouch bags. Load the yams into the bags. Top w/ sauce & dot with cheese cubes. If using the chilis add them in whole for garnish. Seal the bags.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 4 mins or bake in toaster or conventional oven at 350 for 15 mins until the cheese is bubbling. Let rest in bag 1 mins before opening. Garnish w/ citrus wedges.
